my story
Hey there! I’m Raina, founder of 4 The Moms & here’s the why behind starting my business.
After 11 years of nannying, I’ve seen just how incredible mothers are, and how often they’re overlooked. I grew up watching my own mom run a home daycare, raise two girls, and serve her community- all while quietly carrying far more than most people ever realized. That shaped the way I see motherhood: powerful, exhausting, beautiful, and deeply under supported.
Behind closed doors, I’ve seen so many moms simply tired- physically, mentally, emotionally. And I realized the most vulnerable, transformative time for a mother begins not just with pregnancy, but the moment she brings her baby home. It’s all the joy, all the fear, all the change… and suddenly you’re expected to figure it out mostly alone.
Motherhood was never meant to be done in isolation. Women are meant to be in community- supported, seen, and cared for, especially during the 4th trimester.
That’s where I step in.
I’m here to support mothers before it gets hard, when it is hard, and even in the moments of joy. To help you heal, process, rest, learn your baby, and navigate this new version of yourself and your relationships. My hope is to end the cycle of mothers doing it alone because a supported beginning sets the tone for confidence, connection, and long-term wellbeing.
