Postpartum support is for families navigating the transition into life with a new baby. Whether you’re a first-time parent, welcoming another child, growing your family through birth or adoption, or adjusting to new family dynamics, postpartum care offers practical, emotional, and household support during the fourth trimester. Support is always tailored to your family’s needs, pace, and values.

Mother-centered postpartum care prioritizes the well-being of the mother alongside the needs of the baby. It recognizes that a mother’s physical recovery, emotional health, rest, and sense of support are foundational to the entire family. This approach focuses on caring for the person who is caring for the baby, offering support that helps mothers feel held, seen, and supported during the postpartum transition.

I provide in-home and virtual postpartum support focused on the well-being of mothers and families during the fourth trimester. Support may include emotional and mental health support, newborn education, feeding support, light household help, meal preparation, partner support, and guidance as your family adjusts to life with a new baby. All care is personalized to meet each family’s unique needs.

I bring years of experience supporting families with children from newborn through adolescence, across many cultures and home environments. Because of this, I’m able to quickly read your space, respect your rhythms, and anticipate needs without being intrusive. My approach is deeply mother-centered and trauma-informed, offering calm, steady support that helps you feel safe, seen, and supported as you rest, heal, and adjust to life postpartum.

My pricing is designed to reflect the personalized nature of postpartum care. Packages are customized based on the type of support needed, the amount of care requested, scheduling, and location. Because every family’s postpartum experience is different, final pricing is discussed after a complimentary consultation to ensure the support truly fits your needs.

Many families choose to book postpartum support during pregnancy to ensure care is in place after birth, but support can also be arranged after your baby arrives. Ideally, booking during the second or third trimester allows time to plan support that fits your needs and schedule. That said, it’s never “too late” to seek postpartum support - help can be beneficial at any point during the fourth trimester and beyond.
